This piece was created as a wedding present for two dear friends. Working from a photograph taken right after their engagement, I made a vector drawing of the moment in Adobe Illustrator — thousands of angular shapes, no curves except for the completely circular moon. The composition is dominated by Bernini's Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi in Piazza Navona, rendered in grays, browns, and white.
